All the presentations in this lecture are excellent.
The movements of the "knight" in the Chess
presentation are fantastic, although it is not really a magic trick and can be only appreciated by
chess players.
The trick of memorizing the 20 words is an old classic in mental classic.
I
have presented this trick using words actually given by the present audience. It can be performed
very easily.
I like the idea of writing the words in flash cards and read by a spectator.
The problem with using words from previous presentations is that you need a large audience since
20 people will not hear their word in the presentation, plus you need to make substitutions. Using
the actual words is more effective since members of the audience can recognize their words. It is
very easy to make the associations right in front of the audience.
