Up front, let's be clear that if you are looking for some mind bending illusions or complex card
sleights that will blow people's minds, this isn't the lecture you want. Rather, this is three and a
half hours of illustrating how to put together a good act, how to develop a character, how to trim
the fat and emphasize the most impactful parts of tricks. Most of the tricks performed aren't
complicated--a point the pair make note of repeatedly--but keep an audience enthralled because of
the character work and attention to detail. Their coding work is mindbogglingly good, but if you're
a mentalist trying to get tips, there's not much advice they can offer beyond "come up with verbal
and physical codes and practice until you memorize them."
