This is the first time I have ever left a review on a product ordered from Penguin Magic and I was
debating about leaving one star (maybe I should have). Product seems very well made only if you can
get it to work. The instructions were very broken English and hard to understand but I was able to
download the app onto my Samsung Galaxy and downloaded the code but it was never able to connect to
the cube (and this was after charging it) - after 30 minutes it is still trying to connect. I then
loaded the app onto my iPad and it did connect to the cube but will not work since it appears you
can only use the activation code on one device. Very disappointed, I am returning this.
I agree. This trick sucks ass. Why wouldn't they add different backgrounds so you could select one that matches your surroundings? Or allow you to add your own background via the camera? Why? Because it's a piss-poor execution of a trick that could've been great. Instead, it's just a lousy, overpriced trick. The cube is worth $50, so you pay $100 for a $2 app and the worst instructional video I have ever seen. I returned mine the day after it arrived.
Im not able to connect it also wiifii bluetooth on and cube fully charge.... Very desapointed it took 6 week to guet home and do not work....
Did you turn on both your Bluetooth and wifi?
