I bought my unit here in 2017 , used it about 6 times and forgot about it . Recently I found it
again and tried it out , it wouldn't work .I replaced the battery to no avail . I contacted Penguin
and they were really cool and helpful but it had past the time they could do anything about it so
they suggested I contact STUDIO@HUGOSHELLEY.COM . Let me tell you their customer service is null and
void . If theres an indication of trouble in your subject matter you will see their true colors.
Didn't even respond to me . Nothing . These Cons need to be exposed and the consumer needs to be
aware of whom theyre dealing with . This isn't a cheap item and let me tell you when you need their
help they wont be there for you . I cant believe how big of a group of chumps these clowns are , im
sorry for the rant but its justified and they so deserve it . Its my mission now to spread awareness
on their non existant after purchase customer service... Be the fooler not the other way around.

Electronic items that have batteries can't be forgotten about!!! and you failed to tell us just how LONG you "forgot" about it.
Is there a way to replace the battery for it to work- I am having the same problem!
Yes there is just buy a LIR2450. You can extract the old one and just replace.
Also I think might be better to take out the battery when you don't plan to use it for a while.
On another note. I sent an email to Hugo Shelley yesterday and he responded immediately. SO I did have a very good experience.
I could be wrong but lithium batteries are not supposed to leak into your electronic gizmo. So, it would not matter how long you kept it in said gizmo. Once replaced, if it is still not working, it's the product. Sounds like this product has a short shelf life and varied experiences on customer service.
