Magic Tricks

The red flash paper was perfect for our theater production of Beauty and the Beast. Though it was postponed because of this 'rona BS, our dress rehearsals went well. I fashioned the paper into the shape of a rose, used floral tape on a stick to secure it and to make the stick look like a rose stem; then, I cut a small piece to use as a 'fuse' that hung down over a lighter. When the lighter ignited the paper fuse, the rest 'blossomed' into a nice distracting fireball so we could switch the young prince into the horrible beast...lol.
