I like these grab-bag lessons. They include some weird ideas that aren't commonly used.
Some of the best bits:
The knife through coat uses a principle that I was unaware of. I
think you could use it at the start of the previous routine (from lesson 42), just using the tip of
a knife.
Hindu Yarn, a.k.a. gypsy thread, is a classic. This is the third or fourth time
I've heard Dan Harlan teach his version, which is a great one for the stage.
There are two
tricks involving drinks, which Dan Harlan seems to have a fondness for. I thought the routine with
the cola was great. It ends with an amazing moment.
This lesson also includes a little
about topits and flaps, but it isn't the best place to learn about their intricacies.
