You can let your hand beeing examined.

The gimmick you need is easy to build, but it won´t last very long. I think, you cant carry the prepared pen around for a long time.
I recommend to use your own pen. Maybe you can borrow a pen, or sharpie, but it needs to be the right size.
It is a nice little extra, when you need a pen anyway.
I really like the additional pen through bill effect, for which you dont use any gimmick. You can borrow the pen and the bill. It´s a very clever method.
I think it´s worth the money because you get the additional effect, which you can combine with the other.
