I went into watching this very skeptically. In fact, I almost skipped it. That would have been a
mistake.
This is a great lesson. One of the key messages is that blindfold stunts should
stand on their own as good magic tricks even without using something to apparently obscure your
vision. Hence, the tricks taught are good on their own. I liked the couple of psychometry routines,
but also really liked the cards on board presentation.
The blindfold drive was
particularly wonderful, and I loved the "kidnapping hood" premise.
Finally, the last and
very modern method was just crazy great. Wow. Who knew? Dan did, and taught this effect which was
not included in the original books.
