I was a full time professional magician for 30 years working cruise ships, comedy clubs colleges,
Disney etc. I was working a Hawaiian cruise on 9/11 and, when I got home, I got out of performing. I
had decided that was enough for me.
Over my time making a living with magic, I learned to
find effects that packed small but played big. Now, I am returning to magic with a focus on
mentalism but still focusing on packing small but playing yadda yadda yadda.
Julien has
some incredible touches, original thinking, well though out misdirection and delivers a knockout
punch with this idea. He'll try to convince you his English sucks but it is actually amazing! He
draws the viewer in with his personality and his teaching style kind of reminds me of Daryl.
Although I am not performing yet (20 years is a long time to not practice) I will master this
and use it as my opener. Mentalism, in my eyes, should be innocent, easy, fun and up lifting. Julien
nailed it. Just buy it already.
