This one I was hesitant to use at first and thougth: this is more a prank than a magic trick. I
thought it would be obvious to my magic-proof girlfriend. I just showed it to her because I didn't
have anything better to do and: after 2 repeats she was - obviously - even more baffled then after
the first time. Which still astonishes me, to be honest, I would have thought she would figure it
out or trick me or something. At least after the repeats. This is one of the tricks that might go
into the drawer because the perfomer kind of doesn't trust the props or himself enough and gets
paranoid about if it will work or not. Well, at least you read my experience.
"But I SAW
them. I really did!"
No you see them, now you don't, I guess.
:)
Don't
like the fact that I will have to go mint-hunting at some point, can't get them where I live. But
there are probably 40 or so inside.
Would also like to say that I had the same concern
about not being able to practice this in somebody's hands, but then again there is only one right
way to do it anyway (though different ideas come with the instructions), and I didn't practice for
more than 5 minutes. A mirror will do and your own hand. And you can also practice by putting them
on the table instead.
