You will find a lot of methods for cards across. Even if some methods do not please you, you will be able to find some useful details, as methods to force a card in a small packet.
All the routines are very well explained by Dan Harlan.
Only one thing that bothers me : Dan's presentations are often too long, and he does not stop giggling by himself
