This DVD theaches you just the basic routines and only gives you about two of them. Also 25% of it is spent advertising their other products. At the end of it ROCCO preforms a lot of great efffects with it, but the DVD doesn't tell you how to preform them. When I watched it i was extremely disapointed.

I would say to just buy the cool color changing d'lite and be happy
