You can accomplish exactly the same effect with a s***i gimmick. This does NOT involve that gimmick, but it may aswell do. Instead it involes a much older technique, that is decent, but it is not the best you can do.

Perform this if you have nothing on you, no props and no mentalism material, but in my opinion there is more for you to do with billet work and such. This also is not very deceptive, and there are half a dozen better ways to achieve this effect.
