This effect is really old. It dates back very far. Basically you put a coin into a little box with eight holes in it. You then drive eight "nails" through the holes AND the coin. You remove them and the coin is unharmed.

Now the effect is amazing and the secret is quite genius, but there was always on problem with this. It's made of plastic. It's plastic and it's not professional.

If some machinist like Roy Kueppers or Todd Lassen could make this out of metal and with real nails, with the right presentation this would be a killer.

It comes with the box, plastic nails, and plastic half dollar, but you can use a real one.
