Basically, they aren't lying in the advertisement. Sprinkle a little bit of this stuff on
your cards (in a well ventilated area) and they will fan AMAZINGLY (either straight outta the box or
an old, worn out deck).
However, I should point out that this is NOT a substitute for bad
care being taken of cards. If you throw your cards on the ground and bend them and tear them, this
stuff will not help them. Nothing will.
