There are some very good thing and some bad things so I must give this a mixed review.

Needles-
For ease of use and safety I give it 5 out of 5. For prop construction I give it a 1 out of 5. For routining I give it a 3 out of 5.

Prop construction-After the very first time practicing with the secret gimmick, the glue came off and it fell apart. For a 0 effect to literally fall apart in your hands after 1 practice use is inexcusable. The glass appears to be a modified plastic disposable party shop type glass. The DVD although has very low production value is extremely clear how to execute the effect and does the job.

Routine- The routine supplied has virtually no jokes, edge or humor but is very pleasantly, smoothly presented as you would for a family show, problem is the needles is NOT a family trick, This effect should not be done for children obviously. I think Steve Spills wonderful routine is more comedy club orientated and I really feel this is where this effect belongs (adult entertainment)
Credit where credit is due however, this is a GREAT method for fast set up and preventing tangles in the thread so if you have already tried the needles and you had a technical problem presenting it, this may be for you but don't expect the props to last.
