The price: I checked around, and online, this seemed to be one of the best prices. Because I was ordering something else, I bundled them.

Quality: Good, as expected. The out-of-the-box size may be an issue, but I can fix it.

Usefulness: Unlimited. If you're foraying into mentalism, this is an invaluable, necessary tool, responsible for innumerable quality effects/performances.
