I have a few gimmicks which give the look of the deck instantly losing its card box.. it is a great
miracle but sadly i feel a tad conned by the video advert of this trick, as you can see when the
trick is shown in a studio you can see four sides of the box, the bottom, top side and the flap, as
the magician performs the trick you can see the side panel as well as the top of the box and the
flap.. the hand goes across and then you see the deck.. The trick does not allow you to do this..
Hence why i feel conned,, I thought it would be exactly as it is performed and it is not. Besides
you have to build the gimmick yourself and you can pick up a cheaper version from all good magic
shops. The only difference is the flap.
Highly expensive for something you have to make, i
would expect the gimmick to be made for me at that price.
To be frank, a total
disappointment.
No offense, but did you even watch the dvd? The effect your describing can not only be done exactly as shown, but they explain how to do it... I am personally 100% satisfied with the gimmick and it performs exactly as it appears to in the video advert.
Have to agree with IBendGravity. This is a fantastic effect. Don't be misled by lazy hobbyists who want instant gratification.
I've just bought this gimmick, but found no elastic bands inside(which is listed provided in the tutorial). Did you found the elastics? Thank you.
A Sansmind deceptive video, really , I havnt seen one honest video from these illusionists , cost me a lot of money before I realized their demos are untrustworthy......
