Suzanne is deceptively clean. Because she knows her stuff really really well, she breaks down
methods to the cleanest possible way to accomplish what she does. I've seen magicians do moves that
look really iffy, and they explain it away by saying the spectators don't know what you did. That
may be true, but they know you did something, they're just not sure what.
But the methods here
are clean, and pretty easy to do, brilliantly simple, but very effective.
But in my
opinion, Suzzane's greatest strength is audience management. She has the audience on her side from
the first minute. I've seen her perform at the Magic Castle, and was really impressed by how easily
she made her volunteers feel at ease, and engaged and have fun. Don't be fooled - it wasn't easy,
it was carefully thought out and practiced and executed. Watch her more than once.
I'd happily
pay twice for this kind of lecture.
