My copy arrived damaged and customer service said that I should go out any buy something that would
fix it. My assumption was that I had already paid for what I would need.
I took two stars
off for the extremely poor customer service. No reflection on the effect, however.
I must weigh in here. My experiences over many years with Penguin's Customer Service is that they have been stellar. Going the extra mile to help me with a problem.

I need to echo Joey’s comments. I have been a Penguin customer for many years. The few times I have had a n issue (of any sort), they have responded quickly and have fully resolved my problems.
Sorry that the original poster had an issue.
I give customer service five stars. Easy to reach them. And they work with you to fix problems. I never had a problem with them.
