When I received the Amazebox I was thinking,"This seems mighty cheap and weak." The fact of the
matter is that these qualities actually make the box more believable. Constructing the box was not
difficult, but you should be extremely attentive to detail. I am amazed (pun intended)at what the box
will hide and hold. There is a point when opening the box that I found a split second that didn't
seem quite right. It was just a quick flash of the inner panel. I've let all of my close family
watch me open and close the box and they never noticed a thing. So, I am not at all concerned. There
is one very interesting part during the demonstration and assembly video that completely freaked me
out. You'll see what I mean. Overall, I love this thing and I believe it will an amazing device. Let
your imagination run wild with this one. It's sweet !!!
I'm curious - you stated "There is a point when opening the box that I found a split second that didn't seem quite right. It was just a quick flash of the inner panel.", but you went on to mention you're not concerned since none of your close family has been able to notice anything. MY concern is that I was planning to let someone from the AUDIENCE open the box, as all the descriptions state you can, and which would be one of my main reasons for using something like this rather than all the other "switch" type devices I already have. Based on your experience and description, I am now concerned about doing that. You may feel comfortable using it since YOU are the one opening it, but would YOU be concerned about having an audience member open it?
Marlinj63 - I had that exact question, as well. Did you ever receive a response?
