Many magicians have excellent effects, but I also know that many offer their explanations in such
ways that they fulfill their explanation sounding sincere, but they know how to camouflage key
details.
The concept of this effect is very inviting, but to me, the explanation lacks
clarity due to a language barrier and excessive side-tracking.
I believe the more
experienced magicians may have an advantage picking this one up.
I lost patience with the
explanation and put it on hold until I have more time. This is not an effect I'd recommend to a
beginner.
Well, I'm not a beginner and I'm disappointed in the explanation of this effect. A "stack" is mentioned on the DVD. Unless I slept through it, I didn't see any mention of a stack and, frankly, I'm not sure how it works. The one think I did like was the use of the small candy tins. I hAve a bunch sitting around and, if I can bring myself to try this trick, I'll use one.
