The trick assumes that you can do a halfway decent strike second deal. If you can't do that, the instructions won't help you much. There is some discussion on second dealing technique at the end of the video, but much less than I expected. It is not likely to be enough for most folk to get you dealing seconds. You will need to research second dealing on your own.
