Magic Tricks

11 truly amazing card tricks, and 5 lessons for useful false cuts and shuffles.

While these tricks don't need any sleights, many of them require some amount of deck preparation (from just putting a few cards at one end of the deck, to putting the whole deck in a specific order). There are only one or two that can be performed with an unprepared deck handed to you.

Pros: many of these tricks are truly amazing and will baffle fellow magicians, even though no sleights are used. Everything is completely explained, including variations in presentation.

Cons: for many of these you will need to prepare the deck beforehand. A couple of the tricks have boring counting phases (I won't be using those ones). One of the tricks requires you to permanently bend a card in a borrowed deck (not a fan of that kind of thing).

Botton line, even if you only find a few of these tricks fit your style, they are mind blowers and might be finishers for your act. In any case, all are good for those new to the craft looking for really impressive tricks that are within their abilities to perform (and much easier for beginners to learn than trying to figure out directions in books).
