This trick has a couple BIG problems:

First, you can't do this trick for someone on their birthday! The reason is that the premise of the trick is based on you NOT knowing the date of their birthday.

Second, it requires a stacked and dedicated deck. I can't imagine why I would carry a deck stacked in this particular way so I am prepared to do a birthday trick for someone who is not celebrating their birthday.
