Poor sound. Two black gimmicks shown by a fellow wearing a black shirt with a black background!!! How daft is that??
The important thing for Penguin staff to remember is "Be heard. Be clearly visible. Give the demonstrator a personal mic and TURN THE SOUND UP."
Why is that difficult??
