Chop cup doesn't have the ooomphhh!! They will work as a nice cup and ball routine but if you want
a chop cup look elsewhere.

I purchased these cups based on the reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you are looking
for pro cups just spend the money to get a good set. The magnet ball rattles. The chop cup is
weak. The cups are small. I opened the box, played with the cups for a minute and immediately gave
them to my 11 year old son. If you are a pro and want cups then I would pass...if you are 11 years
old...go for it.

I love the colour of the cups and the balls are well made.
One of my cups has a dent in it,with
a few scratches,but it doesn't bother me too much. Over all I like these a lot,a
must have for
and probably you too.

OMG!!!
I love these cups.
I've bought other copper cups and was somewhat disappointed with
them (too small, too light, didn't feel right...).
These Penguin Magic Copper Combo Cups & Balls
are AWESOME!
They have really, really good weight to them. They sound amazing when they hit each
other (that's important to me during a show).
I'm gonna get another pair as a gift for a friend.

I am a long time customer of Penguin Magic. I think all products here are perfect and they always
sell good products.
They are really nice cups. You cannot go wrong. Like others maybe the magnetic ball should have a
little more attraction to magnetic or maybe cup magnet be stronger. However, you’ll develop the feel
for it.
Overall highly recommend!
From a distance, and for the price, these cups are really good looking. However, I notice a few
flaws:
- first of all, the bottom is nearly flat, so it is quite hard to put a round ball on top
of it, or to tip it using a wand;
- the cups are slightly small, it is possible to have a load
slightly under 60 mm;
- the gimmick is very noticeable, so forget about letting someone examine
the cups;
- there are 4 balls, 3 normal ones and 1 gimmicked. So most "straight" cups and balls
routines are impossible with the included balls. One normal ball more would have been appreciated;
- while not ugly, the balls are not really crocheted, but knitted
I have been doing Magic/Illusions for around 40 years. I am semi-professional, and its hard to
believe, I've just now got around to learning and starting to perform the Cups and Balls. I've had
a couple of cheaper sets - all too light-weight and just didn't feel comfortable when I used them,
or 'sounded right' when appropriate. Plus, currently I can't afford the $250-$350+ gold plated,
bigger name brand cups because of my budget. However, I "took a chance" and after literally months
of looking, doing research, making comparisons, & and considering price, I ordered these cups.
BOTTOM LINE: These cups are FANTASTIC! They have a noticeable but comfortable weight - you know the
cups are there without their being too heavy, and definitely not too light. They sound GREAT and
Handle and Look FANTASTIC. They look PROFESSIONAL. Currently, they are my FAVORITE Cups and Balls.
My only fear is in sharing this, they will 'run out' and if I ever need another set, they won't be
available.
