This is actually the second one I purchased. The first one is permanently in my jacket. This one I
am going to use when I am in short sleeves. Since I live in South Florida I perform in short
sleeves a lot. Buying a second one should just about sum it up on how good this is. I love it and
it is a killer close up.

This little gem amazes every time! I am NOT a master of legerdemain, but after about an hour of
practice I can now make coins and other objects disappear out of the hands of my spectator/victims!
I love it; they love it! Win/win!

The raven is amazing, easy to use, simple set up, amazing tricks.
The only down side is,
beginners may have issues with noise.
It’s loud. Best reserved for video or a very loud
environment.
Experienced magicians will know how to combat the sound and perform it anywhere.
great product!

The Raven is an awesome device. Like many, I've been aware of it since that first David Blaine
special where he made the coin vanish from the kid's hand, and have had one for many years. It's
great to see it back in action with this new instruction.
The new video from Nick Locapo
truly illustrates the versatility and real-world usefulness of this gimmick. Not only does he cover
3 ways to hook up the device, he teaches effects with coins, paper money, paperclips, cards, salt
shakers, bottle caps, shot glasses, and more.
A few of the effects are best suited for
video, but Nick covers a lot of great effects and tips for performing in the real world as well,
accompanied by live performance videos.
Never has "limited only by your imagination" felt
more true.
If you've never owned a Raven, you'll want this package. If you've had a Raven
sitting in your drawer for years, get the video. It'll make you want to dust it off and start
blowing minds.

Like so many marketed effects the video is great. In practice, application seems quite limited.
There are many better, and simpler ways to do vanishes and transformations. Raven might be a useful
solution for a particular routine, but in most situations the costs seem to outweigh the benefits.

Personally, I think the gimmick is clumsy, uncomfortable, and its annoying that you have to make a
lot of the preparation of the gimmick by yourself . But maybe for others, it worked out well...

I have always loved this gimmick so I purchased it again. To me it felt weaker than I remembered.
Have to be real close for quarter sized objects.

This trick is very smart, it works as I expected, but laymen would probably never figure it out as
long as you used it wisely. The only problem for me is the handling in short sleeves. As someone who
only ever wears a T-shirt and shorts the handling for this just wasn't my thing (especially seeing
as my friends watch my every move the minute I bring out a deck of cards.) I would recommend this
for people who wear jackets a lot. Overall a smart trick, just not my thing.

Great. It works as advertised. Only thing is make sure you have a shirt with decently big sleeves.
