This chapter has a good review of some good effects with "prepared" ropes. The best part was the
demonstrations of how and what to use to build the prepared ropes. Dan suggests some modern,
up-to-date materials to use in preparing ropes and does a great job showing you how to do the
construction. Good stuff Dan!

You have to say the teaching element of this download, which I converted to DVD, is brilliant. It
has stopped me in my tracks but that would not discourage me from buying more from this series.

Great routines as usual, but there is some pre-work crafting involved in all but one. I only gave
it 4 stars because most of the routines are not really made for all venues, especially walk around.
Still worth it and the last routine is impromptu and required no setup, that one I am going to use.

Great cut and restored rope routines that are good for stage. Dan, as always, teaches everything you
need to know to be able to perform these routines flawlessly.
Mr. Harlan you are Da Man. Love your rope magic tips and ideas great wealth of ideas and
information. Thank you for Sharing. . .
Hi Dan, love all the rope routine they are all unique. I especially love the last routine. I really
enjoyed it, thank you for sharing.
The headline conveys most of my thoughts. The routines come across as contemporary, and Dan does a
great job describing particular gimmicks and how to use them. He also gives thoughts on jazzing some
effects at the end of the routines.
I've always wanted to learn the Tarbell Rope Mystery and see it actually performed! Dan's updated
gimmick makes it possible. At one point as a child tried sewing to make a gimmick. It was not
pretty! Now this updated method from Dan brings this classic in reach.
Even though I've
done rope magic for years and performed the Professor's Nightmare, Daryl's Rope Routine, the Tabary
Routine, and Richard Sander's Fiber Optics Extended routine, I loved seeing all of Dan's teachings
and takes on rope magic.
Highly recommended at twice the price!
