I have purchased dozens of props and effects from penguin and I can honestly say with my hand to my heart, this is the absolute most infuriating and worst purchase I have ever made. Here is why.

In the description it says the sharpie is examinable. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The only thing that can be handed out is the mini sharpie, which by the way, you could make yourself with a hack saw. The attention to detail is left out on both the gimmicked sharpie and the mini sharpie with words cut off. Looks... So... Bad.

You can even write with the sharpie? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The gimmicked sharpie has absolutely no writing capability. It has no writing head or even ink! Once again, the mini sharpie is the only think that can write and it looks like a terrible cheap cut product.

10 Effects? What you can achieve with this so called gimmick sickening. You could just as easily go out and buy a regular sharpie, cut the end off and achieve a better penetration effect. Talking about the effects, all the effects mentioned can be achieved with a regular sharpie and 5 minutes prep.

Why I am angry. Penguin clearly have not looked at this product themselves. I am disgusted they would sell it. I want my money back but I know that is not their policy.

So... So... So dissapointed with this useless, misleading product.

Get something better.

This is so bad I cannot believe I fell for buying it.

Comes with a mini sharpie and a gimmicked sharpie. Only the mini sharpie can be handed out, the other regular size sharpie is gimmicked in such a way that it is impossible to hand it out. Also, only the mini sharpie can write, the other gimmmick has no writting device in it.

Qaulity wise the gimmick is poorly made and looks cheap, you could easily make this yourself.

Waste if time, waste of money

I genuinely this this prop is awesome. You can learn all the 10 tricks in minutes. No it can't be examined but that's why you switch it for the mini sharpie that they include. Or you turn it into an Omni pen. If you are creative this pen is a routine in itself. The Gimmick is well made and nobody has called me out for it. I would not listen to the negative reviews because I have performed with it to all my coworkers and they love it.

After seeing the previous review I was a little hesitant to purchase this. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The gimmick looks professionally made and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Most of the tricks on the trailer are self working and easy to do too. Very happy with my purchase.
