Difficult to read numbers Report this review

Great lock wonderfully simple concept. Easier to perform than it looks. Lock is made poorly as it's extremely difficult to read the numbers because the engraving of the numbers is poorly made and very faint, also there is no black color in the grooves. Will work great in bright light but forget using it on stage or in a darker place like a restaurant.

i can see now that very good spectator management skills are required due to the method along with clever routining and patter. The method is dead simple but requires careful management to remain concealed. My ideas about the inner workings were way off, and I am both pleased (for the sake of durability) and dismayed because of easily things could go wrong. If you're a confident and competent performer you will have a diabolical tool with which to destroy audiences. All said, I'm glad I bought it

I bought this at Magic Live and am very happy with it. Very strong effect, easy to do, minimal audience management. There are lots of ways to perform this effect, leading to the same end which is very strong. I put the spectator's ring on the lock so they have skin in the game. Great price on Penguin too.
