This is a good trick, but a bit pricey. Very responsive, fast and looks great, BUT after using it four or five times it is starting to split on one end.

For the price I expect it to be a bit better put together.

If you're a fan of gimmicks which are self working, this is one. People familiar with flap cards will recognize how this works. What makes it a bit more special is that it isn't a playing card. This means the possibility of creating your own routines outside of a lot of recognizable card routines is pretty cool. Also, the nature of an index card with horizontal lines makes this a lot harder to detect what's going on when it's used. Throw in the dry erase aspect? You can get just one and re-use it in a lot of different ways. I have written and erased with dry erase pens - verified. Me, I'm getting at least two (I already have one). Personally, I'm less likely to use this as a flashy "poof" gimmick and more likely to use what it does in more subtle ways. Hiding the change might be more interesting than having it happen before one's eyes.

This is a nice addition to any Mentalism kit. Can be used in any number of ways. As an Opener. during your set or as a closer.
