As with all of Sankey's effects, he builds on classic and clever methodology without the reliance on complicated or intrusive gimmicks.

This is his "Soundwaves" but with a wider reach as Soundwaves may miss some of your audience depending on age and taste. Although I do like Soundwaves better in terms of its organic feel. Nevertheless 99 is clever. I like that if handled well you have an instant repeat ability.
