There was just a bit too much chat from Dave at the beginning which I assume will be less in future shows as he was explaining his plans and motivation, and I was not particularly fond of the similar theme of chat with Ben Earl. What I enjoyed more were the performances, even of the cup and ball but especially the good old 8-card Brainwave - very nice improvements which I will endeavour to use.
