I do not do magic for living. I do it because I am fascinated with it. Now you understand that I
cannot do sleight of hand because I do not spend time practising (apart from work I have also
another hobby that is time consuming). Thus I am always looking for tricks that are not only
self-working but also require little to no preparation. At the same time the ones that are flexible
to fit my presentation style - always impromptu, casual, like nothing is happening, just an ordinary
deck of cards...
The shuffle order and turning the stacks require practice, for some reason
I tended to miss one turnover, that of course was spoiling the effect. Said that I was ready within
an hour and tested that twice on two differenf family members. My wife who hates magic was
impressed, and my son (adult, BTW) later sent me a meme with exploding head. Neatly presented it has
WOW effect.
