I didn't expect much from this effect and it lived up to my expectations. Works sometimes, sometimes
not. Incorporate it into a routine? Hardly. Barley good enough for the grandchild. But, ya get what
ya pay for.
the older. larger plastic versions were much easier to set and "unset" than the new brass version.
I wish Tenyo was still making theirs.
Wow!This gimmick is absolutely incredible! I even don't understand how it could work. And the fact
that it can be desactivated make it totally examinable.
I have to say that I struggled to
understand how to use it. The explaination is not well made at all and there is no video to show you
how you should do. But I finaly made it!
To be honest, I don't know if I will present it one
day. A "do as I do" presentation wouldn't be very funny from my point of view, but it would worth it
trying to find better...
My first Cubio was made of solid plastic, and therefore larger and lighter in weight and easier to
handle. Its string was about 2 and a half feet. Instead of 4 to 4 and a half feet. I cut the string
down to a more useable length.
Still a good trick But, not a great one.
Very clever little gimmick, makes the effect possible, enabling you to stop the cube from falling,
at any point along the string. Despite this, I have yet to figure out how to discretely "activate"
the gimmick, without drawing attention to the fact that you're doing something funny.....it's a
shame, because the effect of causing the cube to stop on your command, is pretty cool !
